During booking, let us know your needs and wants. Give specific details. Let us know additional information on pets, keys, alarms and specifics about your household.  


YES For the first cleaning, we recommend that you meet us, show us around and give specific instructions for each area of your home. If for any reason you cannot be there, please leave instructions inside the residence.  Let us know day before if you won't there . There going be another family member there to give us specific instructions .  To reschedule we have 


We pick up and drop your laundry the same day. You tell us  specific details if delicacies.  If you use specific  detergent. 


We bring our own supplies. If any reason you can provide with the supplies if  there specific supplies you use . Only thing we required is a  vacuum if you have carpets.


We do a  walk through. We required a deposit cash, venmo zelle .you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, we will not be able to fill the schedule in time. Without consistency, we will be unable to provide the best service for our clients. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Cancellations and rescheduling will incur a 50% nd 25% fee respectively.


 you have a security or alarm system, please make the necessary arraignments to ensure that we have access for your scheduled cleaning. 

 


We love pets! However, we want to provide the best service possible. Please let us know if there are pets in the home. It is not required, but we prefer that pets be kept in a restricted area while we clean.  For the safety of my team


If you have any special valuables or items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. The safety of every item in your home is important to us. We do our best to perform cleaning tasks in a way that doesn’t harm anything in your home.


Cleaning is not a one-size-fits all.  We Do walk through  let us know what need to be clean.. Sometimes we may need more time to complete a cleaning. It is important that you are specific in what you need and what we can expect during booking. You can also call us in advanced so we have the most accurate booking possible. We can continue during your next scheduled cleaning or extended  the hours for an extra fees.


If you would like to cancel recurring services, or change  please do so seven days in advanced or you will be assessed a cancellation fee. This includes if you are switching to a less frequent service as well. Let us know in advanced if you'd like to change from monthly to bi weekly, or bi weekly to weekly.


When you book your service tell us a specific time.  For our team to be there. punctually is one of the  most important thing  to give a great services 


If you planning to go out that day of your cleaning let us know a day before so we could arrange everything.  Yes we understand  always last minute emergency.  we charge you a cancellations fee if we get lock out.. If we are unable to access the home during a scheduled cleaning, there is lock-out fee of 50% of the service charge. Most clients provide a key or hide one on the premises on their cleaning day.  If you don't comfortable leave us the key or leave it hiding tell someone you trust to be there so we could go inside.if you leave a key you sign a waiver saying gives us permission to have the key and telling us where we can leave it. That Key is somewhere.. also we call that we going to your house to clean. For don't to have any misunderstanding. 


When we do walk through  there be a 50% non Refundable.  Once everything is agree we provide with an agreement  specific saying the days,, how many of  my employee are need it etc. We do weekly, bi-weekly , monthly. Be specific what need to clean and the days you need us to clean.. We dont Give an estimate through phone just in person. Text or email for an appointment.
